Covid -19
We are taking the Covid- 19 outbreak extremely seriously as the health of our clients and therapist is paramount! We are following government, insurance and association guidelines. You will notice we have made some changes to the clinic:
1. When booking an appointment, you will be asked if you have any covid-19 symptoms, shielding, been in contact with anyone with symptoms or live with anyone who has symptoms or shielding. Once cleared, we can then book you an appointment
2. If you have pre-booked, you will be covid screened nearer to your appointment.
3. Please wait in your car until your appointment time. We will call you and invite you into the clinic.
4. Please wash you hands in the new sink that has been installed.
5. If have a mask, please bring it. If not, you can buy one for £1 from us.
6. Please come dressed appropriately for the appointment (shorts and loose top)
7. Please do not bring any other items such as handbags, coats etc
8. Please do not be late
9. Please arrive on your own
10. All linen will be removed so please bring your own towel if you’d like
11. Rebookings and payment will be done in the therapy room
12. We are adding gaps after appointments for cleaning and to reduce use of the reception area
13. We ask you to limit the use of the toilet. However, if used. Please inform us so we can clean it.
14. We will not be offering water or drinks
15. Therapist will be wearing PPE and taking regular temperature checks.
16. Deep cleans will be undertaken after every appointment

- From time to time we would like to contact you with details of our special offers and other products and services that we provide. We use various channels to do this. You can opt in or out of this during your consultation.
- We may wish to take photographs of you in respect of your treatments in order to monitor and advise over progress, use for educational purposes or for use in marketing, please confirm if you consent to this. During your consultation, we will ask if this is something you consent to. You can withdraw your consent at any time in writing.
- Please be aware have 24-hour CCTV in the reception area, this is in the best interest of out clients and therapists.
- All client information is stored, virtually on a secure network, on a password protected system. The confidential information is not shared. You have the right to receive a copy of your clinical notes at any time. If you are being treated by multiple practitioners, we may ask your permission to discuss your information.
- We will not add you to any mailing lists unless you want to ‘opt in’.
- All card payments are secure, and no card details are kept. PCI updates are undergone regularly.
- We have a strict cancellation policy on 48 hours. You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment or you may be charge
